The Mills Brothers The Mills Brothers were an American jazz and pop vocal quartet who sang together between 1928 to 1982. Within their fifty years, the group made more than 2,000 recordings that combined sold more than 50 million copies, and earned at least three dozen gold records. Notable singles include "Nobody's Sweetheart" (1931), "It Don't Mean a Thing (If It Ain't Got That Swing)" (1932), "You Always Hurt the One You Love" (1944) and "The Glow-Worm"(1952). The Mills Brothers were inducted into The Vocal Group Hall of Fame in 1998.
