Dave Davies
British rock singer-songwriter Dave Davies is best known for his role as lead guitarist and vocalist for British rock/pop band The Kinks. For The Kinks, he wrote top songs such as "Strangers", "Lincoln County", "Susannah's Still Alive" and "Death of A Clown", which was originally released as his debut solo single. He has had a successful solo career, releasing numerous albums such as "Glamour" (1981), "Bug" (2002) and his most recent release "Rippin' Up Time" (2014). He was listed in Rolling Stone Magazine as one of the top 100 Greatest Guitarists of All Time.
